I am so disappointed and upset! I literally just got this full set on Tuesday, today is Saturday & I lost already 3 nails! I spent $95 on this set! The nail shape is extremely wide, I told her multiple times and now the nails are just popping off! The place is beautiful & the staff was nice but I would not be going back. The work quality is not good. I definitely want my refund!

A beautiful nail salon but lack luster quality and possibly the worst full set I’ve had in my life. I asked for a full set with coffin shaped nails. I walked out with bulky, uneven, and poorly done nails of different lengths, shapes and quality that already cracked and broke off after 1 week. The woman doing my nails was pleasant but clearly was providing a service that she was not skilled enough to do and didn’t have the grace to admit it. I asked her to fix multiple issues with the nails throughout the process but they just managed to get worse. I kept them on for an event because I didn’t have time to get them redone, but I fully intend to soak them off as soon as possible. It’s a shame because this salon is so nice with the renovations and my pedicure was great, but I won’t be back.
I returned to Blooming Nails because my first visit was such a positive experience, and I wanted to treat myself and my two daughters to a self-care day. Unfortunately, this visit was very disappointing. Before coming in, I tried calling to make sure they could accommodate all of us, including my young son, but I couldn't get through because the phones didn't seem to be working. Once we arrived, things started off well, but there were multiple issues throughout the appointment. I showed a picture of the gel extension design I wanted and was initially told it could be done, only to later be told otherwise. I requested an almond shape and received an oval shape instead, and neither my daughter nor I were asked what length we wanted. My oldest daughter wasn't able to get the design she originally requested because her extensions were too short, and even the alternative design she chose was missing details. My youngest daughter's manicure and pedicure also felt rushed and incomplete. The quality of the nail work was the biggest disappointment. Within one hour of leaving the salon, the gel extension on my thumb cracked. Less than 12 hours later, both of my pinky nail extensions broke. My daughter's pinky nail extension also came off shortly after the appointment. After spending over $300 on services, I expected the nails to last longer than a few hours. The checkout experience was also uncomfortable. I was trying to pay while tending to my tired young son, and communication about pricing and percentages became confusing. The atmosphere felt noticeably different by the end of the visit, and when I thanked everyone and later returned to have my loyalty card updated, I felt dismissed rather than appreciated as a customer. I really wanted to continue supporting this salon because of how much I enjoyed my first visit, but this experience changed my mind. Between the miscommunication, incomplete services, nails breaking almost immediately, and the uncomfortable customer service experience, I left feeling disappointed and frustrated. I will not be returning and cannot recommend Blooming Nails based on my most recent visit.
